IO – With the outspreading of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia, Novotel Bogor Resort and Hotel ibis Styles Bogor Raya in collaboration with a team of medical experts conducted Rapid Antigen Tests on all hotel employees in order to provide a sense of security and comfort to all hotel guests staying at both hotels. Rapid Antigen tests were conducted on January 29, 2021 with strict examination process and according to health protocols that recommended by the Government. “If the results are positive, we will follow up by ensuring further sampling by PCR Swab method” said a team of medical experts Dr.Bunga Pahlevi
Based on the results of rapid antigen tests, all employees of Novotel Bogor Resort and Hotel ibis Styles Bogor Raya who were sampled showed negative results. In addition to these inspections, Novotel Bogor Resort and Hotel ibis Styles Bogor Raya have been international standard ALLSAFE certified and also achieved CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment) certificates that have been in accordance with the application of health protocols to adapt to the “New Normal Era”
Novotel Bogor Resort and Hotel ibis Styles Bogor Raya ensure that new custom adaptations have been implemented starting from checking body temperature when arrived at the hotel area, spraying disinfectants and providing hand sanitizer around public areas, keeping a distance minimum of 1 (one) meter for each queue as well as for each seat in ballrooms and restaurants. Both hotels have also implemented cashless payment systems and each restaurant outlet has implemented a menu barcode to order food and drinks. Staff on duty are also required to wear gloves, masks and faceshields when serving guests at the restaurant.
