Jakarta, IO – Jakarta is holding its first Lebaran (Eid) Fair from Wednesday (3/4) to Sunday (21/4) at JIExpo Kemayoran, per Kompas, Thu (4/4).
Here, Jakartans and visitors from the surrounding cities can take advantage of various promotions from a wide range of retailers selling different types of products, from food and beverage, clothing, electronic and automotive, health and beauty, to household appliances.
PT Jakarta International Expo marketing director Ralph Scheunemann said they are around 500 tenants that participate in the fair. He hopes that Jakarta Lebaran Fair can become a highly-anticipated annual event ahead of Eid celebration.
“We hope that in the next two to three years Jakarta Lebaran Fair will become an exhibition that the people of Greater Jakarta are looking forward to,” said Ralph.

In addition to merchandise, Jakarta Lebaran Fair also features music concerts performed by renowned Indonesian musicians and bands, such as Armada, The Changcuters, Opick, and Fourtwenty.
The entrance fee is Rp25,000 on weekdays and Rp30,000 on weekends. Ticket can be purchased on the sport or online via the Jakarta Lebaran Fair’s official website. (un)
