Thus, Mahfud urged Polri to facilitate the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) to ensure the safety and security of Bharada E after he agreed to be a justice collaborator (JC).
“LPSK must protect Bharada E so he can testify in court,” said Mahfud.

In the attention-grabbing case, Polri has named four suspects, namely Bharada E as the executor, Police Chief Brigadier Ricky Rizal and Sambo’s wife’s driver Kuwat Maruf as accomplices, and ex-internal affairs chief Inspector General Ferdy Sambo who ordered the shooting and devised a scenario to cover up the case.
The four suspects were charged with Article 340 of the Penal Code on premeditated murder, Article 338 on murder, and Articles 55 and 56 on accessories to murder. (rr)
