Regarding the confusing data, Suharyanto stated that data collection is still being carried out. He said that an Emergency Response Command Post has been set up to coordinate information on the handling the quake.
“Every afternoon there will be an update on disaster management from the Emergency Response Command Post at the office of the Cianjur regent,” he said.

Furthermore, Suharyanto said the agency will assist the two hospitals in Cianjur treating most of victims by setting up field medical tents.
“Cianjur Hospital and Sayang Hospital have been operating and field tents have been added, including additional health workers,” he said. “Some were referred to hospitals outside Cianjur Regency. As many as 100 patients have been sent to Bandung Hasan Sadikin Hospital,” concluded Suharyanto. (un)
