“Indonesia is a promising market for craft and lifestyle products. It is the fourth largest market in the world. It has become the market for various foreign products, either through traditional trading systems and e-commerce,” said ICraft 2022 committee chair Edith Ratna on Wednesday (13/4).

“The purpose of this exhibition is to seize the momentum for the revival of Indonesian handicrafts in the digital economy era. Indonesian Batik has received world recognition. We hope it can become the locomotive to pull Indonesian crafts into the global market, in line with our efforts to support the Proud of Indonesian-made National Movement (GBBI),” she added. (at)
