Jakarta, IO – Everyday Festival 2023, the biggest year-end festival in Jakarta, will be held for the first time at Taman Ismail Marzuki, Cikini, Central Jakarta, from Dec 21 to 27, 2023. Casually themed “Jakarta Year-End Holiday Festival is Coming”, this grand event is to be realized in collaboration with SAJILive! & JAKPRO, featuring popular artist performances.

As one of Jakarta’s legendary arts and cultural tourism destinations, Taman Ismail Marzuki has been selected as the venue to reintroduce its new face to the public.

A lineup of 21 renowned Indonesian music artists will juice up the “Everyday Music” section, the Intimate Music Concert Parade, held at the Graha Bhakti Budaya Exclusive Concert Hall in Taman Ismail Marzuki.

SajiLive! CEO Aji said this section will present solo concerts of celebrated Indonesian artists across generations and genres. The audience can choose which concerts they want to watch, limited and exclusive to only 900 people for each artist’s solo concert.

Aji conveyed that the “Everyday Music” Intimate Music Concert Parade is SajiLive! & JAKPRO’s way of showing its appreciation for the local music industry, in which all performing artists must feature local professional musicians.

“These solo concerts will be presented in a multi-themed concept, such as Romantic InTIMmate, Radio Jadul (Old School Radio) Back to the 90’s, Minggu Suka-suka (Whatever Sunday), Musyawarah (Musik Syantai Tanggal Merah), Berdansa Raya, Rocklamasi Day and Ujian Anak Senja, representing different genres and different generations. These multi-themed concerts also aim to introduce the kaleidoscope of Indonesian music journey to the young generation,” explained Aji.

Meanwhile, a message of nationality and dignity will be presented in “A Tribute to Ismail Marzuki” by Sisitipsi, “Urban x Culture Collaboration” by Tiket Band and millennial singer Prigel Pangayuan, “The Pride of IKJ” by Club Eighties & White Shoes n The Couples Company – a lineup of prominent bands from Jakarta Arts Institute (IKJ) graduates. Indonesian legendary band Godbless will also perform to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its contribution to the Indonesian music industry. The band was first formed and performed at Taman Ismail Marzuki in 1973.

The audience can also select their theater seats and get an endless selection of food and drinks after the concerts, free parking and door prizes with a chance to win the grand prize: Air EV electric car.

“When can you ever watch music concerts in comfort and, if you’re lucky, bring home a car?” asked Aji.
