Sindikasi further alleged that the company’s management generally has a very strict workflow with layers of supervision, especially for creative activities, from brainstorming, planning, execution, to evaluation.
“Thus, the company’s management must be aware of the creative promotional activities. This was not mentioned by Holywings in their statement.”

By releasing the statement, Sindikasi is holding Holywings responsible for the fate of its workers. Restaurant and bar management, they said, should provide legal assistance to their workers in any lawsuit.
“Holywings must also be responsible for the fate of their workers after their business license was revoked. The company must pay severance package as per Government Regulation (PP) 35/2021.” (un)
