Jakarta, IO – Jakarta public order agency (Satpol PP) slapped a closure notice on Holywings Bar and Resto in Rasuna Epicentrum, Jakarta, Tuesday (28/6) because the establishment reportedly doesn’t have a bar business license and violated Jakarta Regional Regulation 8/2007 on Public Order and Jakarta Governor Decree 18/2018 on the management of tourism.
The permit revocation was issued by the city’s Capital Investment and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP) based on recommendations and findings by two agencies, namely the Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Office (Disparekraf), and the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs.
