Jakarta, IO – The Labor Party, led by Said Iqbal, is officially recognized after Law and Human Rights Minister decree. The president said the party is ready to compete in the 2024 elections.
The party has set a target to pass the participant verification stage, including to meet the parliamentary threshold.

“This means that the Labor Party will have representatives in the House of Representatives and Regional Legislative Councils,” he said.
Meanwhile, its secretary general Ferri Nurzali said that currently the party’s secretariats at the provincial level have fully met the General Elections Commission (KPU)’s requirements, while those at districts, cities and districts have exceeded KPU’s threshold.
