Jakarta, IO – Sriwijaya Air and NAM Air officially moved their operations to Terminal 1A of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport effective from Tuesday (12/4).
Sriwijaya Air CEO Capt. Ardhana Sitompul explained that this shows the airline’s support for airport authority Angkasa Pura II’s initiative to optimize existing terminals.

“Of course, this effort is also carried out by considering the convenience of the passengers. We hope that as the pandemic situation continues to improve, the number of air passengers will increase, especially since Eid is imminent,” said Sitompul.
The customer service team of Sriwijaya Air and NAM Air have also informed the move from months ago through various outlets they have, such as social media, e-mail, SMS and telephone.
