For overseas travelers coming from Singapore who has stayed in the city state for at least 14 days prior to departure, have been vaccinated with a second or third dose and enters through Riau Islands Province, the following rules apply:
(1) Shows proof of negative antigen rapid test (ART) result taken within 24 hours prior to departure; or (2) Shows proof of a negative RT-PCR result taken 48 hours prior to departure, enclosed during health check.
The rule is effective from April 19 until otherwise determine and will be evaluated as necessary. (at)
