“Perhaps what we need to evaluate is the e-recap. We need to do this first before we discuss in more details about e-voting,” he added.
Doli said there were other potential voting systems that could be used in the upcoming elections. He believes secure and an accountable system are the most important things in voting.
“So, if I am skeptical of e-voting it’s because maybe there is another system for voting that is more secure and more accountable. The people’s votes should be the singular factor that determines the final result of the election,” he concluded. (un)
