BPOM also revealed the latest information from the International Food Safety Authorities Network Global Alert (INFOSAN) as of April 10, 2022, that Kinder brand chocolate products from Belgium are distributed in 77 countries.
However, the products recalled abroad were not part of the Kinder Joy batches registered with BPOM.
“It is hereby announced that these products can be sold again in Indonesia effective since the issuance of this public notification,” explained BPOM.
BPOM also urged the public to be smart consumers and always do CLICK (Check Packaging, Label, Distribution Permit, and Expiration) before buying or consuming food products. (at)
