Pertamina Reduces Fuel Prices Starting November 1

Jakarta, IO – PT Pertamina (Persero) has reduced the price of non-subsidized fuel across Indonesia. The new prices are effective starting today, Wednesday (1/11).

“PT Pertamina (Persero) has adjusted the price of fuel (BBM) in line with ESDM Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022 as an amendment to Ministerial Decree 62 K/12/MEM/2020 on the floor price formula in calculating retail selling prices for general types of fuel, gasoline and diesel fuel distributed through public gas stations,” Pertamina states on its website, Wednesday (1/11).

The price of non-subsidized fuels that have been reduced are Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, Pertamax Green and Pertamina Dex. For example, in Jakarta, the price of Pertamax fell from Rp14,000 per liter to Rp13,400.

Meanwhile, Pertamax Green 95 has decreased from Rp16,000 to Rp15,000 per liter. The price of Pertamax Turbo is now Rp15,500 from previously Rp16,600, the price of Dexlite has fallen to Rp16,950 from Rp17,200. Pertamina Dex is now Rp17,750, down from Rp17,900.

Meanwhile, subsidized Pertalite and Solar prices remained the same at Rp10,000 and Rp6,800, respectively. (rr)
