Air New Zealand reopens direct flight to Bali

Jakarta, IO – Air New Zealand has opened a direct seasonal flight from Auckland to Bali starting Wednesday (29/3) for the next six months until October 27.

I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport manager Handy Heryudhitiawan the route was discontinued after the Covid-19 pandemic started. The reopening gives a breath of fresh air for the Indonesian aviation world and the tourism sector, reported Kompas, Friday (31/3).

The route will use 787-9 Dreamliner which has a capacity of 302 passengers and will fly three times a week — on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

From Auckland the flight number is NZ64 departing at 11 am local time and arriving in Denpasar at 4.20 pm WITA. The return flight is NZ65 departing from Denpasar at 5.50 pm WITA and arriving at Auckland at 5.30 am local time. (un)
