After 48 years, much has changed for the two living legends. More albums were produced and personnel replacements, but one thing remains: they have stayed true to their rock soul ever since. Both bands are still actively creating their music and hitting road tours. Old rockers, truly, never die!
Deep Purple released the “Whoosh!” album in 2020, followed by “Turning to Crime” in 2021. On the other hand, God Bless had just released the singles “Untuk Indonesiaku” in 2020, “Mulai Hari Ini” in 2021, and “Semesta” in 2022.

The concert will take place at the Edu-torium of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, which can hold up to 10,000 spectators and has a parking capacity of over 1000 cars, on the Ground Floor and in the building’s courtyard.
“We have aimed to conduct the concert in this building where several big occasions were also held. The Edu-torium is definitely the perfect place for Deep Purple’s concert,” said Ernanto Setiawan, the Project Manager of Deep Purple – World Tour 2023. (des/ast)
