A viral video showed Trade Minister Zulkifli “Zulhas” Hasan distributed affordable cooking oil MinyaKita to residents in Telukbetung Timur, Bandar Lampung, Saturday (9/7). On the occasion, he also asked residents to vote for his daughter, Futri Zulya Savitri, a PAN legislative candidate for Lampung 1 electoral district. Zulhas was criticized because many considered it to be a conflict of interest.

This came on the heel of another controversy. Investment Minister Bahlil Lahadalia, was spoke at an event held by the Indonesian Political Indicators (IPI) to announce its poll results on Monday (11/7), said House Speaker Puan Maharani and Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan will make a good candidate for the presidential election because they are young and intelligent figures.
