Preparations made on Cibitung-Cilincing toll road ahead of Eid exodus season

Jakarta, IO – In the lead-up to the 2024 Eid exodus, PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik or SPSL through PT Cibitung Tanjung Priok Port Tollways (PT CTP) has made a series of preparations on the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road (JTCC).

These include checking road conditions, operational readiness to manage traffic, and transaction service readiness, as well as continuing to coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

“We have continued to make intensive preparations to ensure that the exodus will be safe, smooth and comfortable for the communities,” said SVP SPSL corporate secretariat Kiki M Hikmat.

For traffic service readiness, JTCC has prepared facilities and a fleet of traffic service units including three towing vehicles, three mobile customer service vehicles, one Security and Order Task Force vehicle, two ambulances, one rescue vehicle, and two Road Patrol vehicles.

Meanwhile, for transaction service readiness, the operator has completed the substation operations, the operation of mobile readers and EDC machines, the provision of toll collector officers, and the provision of toll equipment technician officers.

For the reference, there are no restrictions on large vehicles at JTCC during Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr. In addition, JTCC is still continuing the discount rates as follows:

PT CTP president director Ari Sunaryono said that the implementation of this discounted tariff is a manifestation of the service attitude and appreciation for road users who are planning to make their trip through JTCC. “We also appeal to road users to always be careful and prepare properly by ensuring that their vehicle is in prime condition, has sufficient electronic money balance, check the fuel before starting the journey, and ensure that the driver is in optimal condition,” he said.
