Jakarta, IO – PKS responded to PDI-P’s question to Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan regarding his inviting meatball vendors to the City Hall on Friday (24/6).
Ahmad Yani, PKS faction leader at Jakarta Regional Legislative Council (DPRD), said it showed that Anies cares about the micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) players, Detik reports on Tuesday (28/6).
“Because Pak Anies really pays attention to MSMEs, so he invited meatball vendors to an event. I think it is an appreciation to reinvigorate street vendors,” said Ahmad Yani.
According to Yani, Anies had nothing to do with Megawati’s statement on meatball vendors. He said inviting meatball vendors was a common thing.
