Jakarta, IO – In October last year, two of the nation’s best sons and daughters, Mischka Aoki and Devon Kei Enzo, were named state defense cadres by the Defense Ministry’s Directorate General of Defense Potential (Ditjen Pothan).
This award was given directly by the director general, Maj. Gen. Dadang Hendrayudha. “On this occasion, I would like to present Mischka and Devon with a lapel pin of appreciation as state defense cadres,” said Dadang as reported by Detik.
What are Mischka and Devon’s achievements? According to @mischkadevon, they won the international math science competition on Thursday (14/7). In total, during the Covid-19 pandemic, both of them managed to win 85 medals at the International Math & Science Olympiads, with 45 of those won in the period of January to July this year.
“We are both very grateful to have won 45 more medals in 2022 and to be able to win more than 85 medals at the International Math & Science Olympiads since the Covid-19 pandemic began. This is a testament that nothing can stop us from achieving our dreams. Not even the pandemic. Not other people. And certainly not ourselves,” said Mischka.
