Jakarta, IO – “Indonesia will take a leading role in building an inclusive creative economy ecosystem, encouraging a greater role for the creative economy in global economic recovery,” said President Jokowi at the 3rd World Conference on Creative Economy (WCCE) in Bali, Thursday (6/10).
The creative economy sector, he said, can be a solution to improve the standard of living of the community in a broad and sustainable manner because it is able to break down geographical, gender, race, and economic boundaries.
“The creative economy can be the main pillar to boost inclusive economic growth, economic growth for all,” he added, pointing to the sector’s resilience during the pandemic.
