IO – Even amid a pandemic, the Vasanta Group showed its commitment to buyers by handing over its first virtual towers, namely Aoki and Botan Tower in April. For unit owners, of course, the dream of being part of an integrated “Japan City” in the East Corridor has come true.
Vasanta’s vision of bringing the highest Japanese standards and quality to clients is further emphasized at this historic moment. The total handover of 1,600 units will be carried out gradually over the 3 months to June 2021,’’ while maintaining high health protocols and safety standards.
Vasanta Innopark is a superblock project from PT Sirius Surya Sentosa which was introduced to the public in late 2017. This project includes a commercial area, residential apartments, and a large thematic green open space, namely Nihon Park.
During the virtual handover on March 8, 2021, President Director of PT Sirius Surya Sentosa (Vasanta), Erick Wihardja, congratulated all the new owners of Tower Aoki who have entrusted their investment to Vasanta. He expressed his deep appreciation. “Vasanta is not just a brand but a community entity, extraordinary innovation, growth, sustainability and defines the core principles of reliability and building for society,” he said.
“Even though we are a young entity, we have a trusted and experienced joint venture partners such as Mitsubishi Corporate Indonesia to emphasize our abilities as property developers in Indonesia,” said Erick.
Chief Marketing Officer of Vasanta Group Denny Asalim said that the collaboration with Takeya Consultancy will increase the comfort of expats, so that Vasanta can become their second home and an investment that provides a definite return. “Takeya Consultancy’s experience for more than 20 years in providing accommodation and services for Japanese expatriates will certainly ensure the comfort of residents. We welcome this handover and we hope for the best in the future, ”he said.
Currently, Vasanta Innopark is preparing to build a third tower, namely Chihana, which is planned to lay its first stone in July 2021. Chihana Tower is a collaboration between Vasanta Group and PT Diamond Development Indonesia, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi.
Vasanta Innopark has a strategic location near the exit gate of KM 24 of the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, and is the only superblock in the MM2100 industrial area, which is one of the eight largest industrial estates in Southeast Asia.
Takeya Consulting, a consulting company from Japan, also welcomed this handover. “The Vasanta Innopark is a development that Japanese expats have been waiting for. With the incessant development and procurement of sustainable infrastructure in the eastern corridor, Vasanta is here and starts construction at the right time. Vasanta is located in the center of national development projects such as the Jakarta Cikampek Flyover, Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 (JORR2), and the High-Speed Train scheduled for completion this year, as well as the LRT in 2022.
