“From the photo collections of these 12 alternative media, it is like a breath of fresh air for people who are often neglected in the national landscape,” he told the Independent Observer, Friday (27/5).

According to her, with great independence in terms of the issues raised and the angle of reporting, it is undeniable that these small media have limited capacity in carrying out their daily tasks.
