Sambo also allegedly promised to pay Rp2 billion to Bharada E, Bripka RR, and KM to carry out or cover up the execution of Brigadier J. Roberth said bribery attempt is classified as a corruption-related crime according to Article 13 in conjunction with Article 15 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor).
“Attempts by certain parties to justify any means including alleged bribery in this case constitute an attempt of sinister conspiracies to undermine law enforcement,” said Roberth.

Roberth hopes KPK will thoroughly investigate other alleged bribery cases in relation to the death of Brigadier J who was shot at Ferdy Sambo’s official residence. (un)
