Advocacy team reports Ferdy Sambo to KPK

Jakarta, IO – Law Enforcement and Justice Advocacy Team (TAMPAK) on Monday (15/8) reported the ex-police internal affairs division chief Inspector General Ferdy Sambo to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) for alleged bribing the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK).

“TAMPAK expects the KPK to carry out an investigation into the alleged bribery of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) staff, second patrolman Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu (Bharada E), Police Chief Brigadier Ricky Rizal (Bripka RR), and Kuat Ma’ruf (KM) in relation to the murder of Brigadier J (Joshua),” said TAMPAK coordinator Roberth Keytimu, as reported by CNN Indonesia, Monday (15/8).

Roberth explained that one of the LPSK staff was met by a person who attempted to bribe him with two envelopes believed to contain wad of cash to be shared with his colleague. However, the he turned it down and returned the envelope.
