Jakarta, IO – Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto has designed a number of policies to support the government program to increase the use of domestic goods (P3DN). These policies were announced by Defense Ministry’s inspector general Lt. Gen. Ida Bagus Purwalaksana on Wednesday (18/5).
“These policies aim to support the P3DN program launched by the government, namely to support and empower domestic industry, strengthen the structure of the domestic industry and optimize domestic products in government goods or services procurement,” said Ida Bagus in press release issued by the Defense Ministry’s public relations bureau on Thursday (19/5).
He explained a number of policies made by Prabowo Subianto, including the commitment to purchase and use domestic goods in government procurement, issuing Defense Minister Regulation as the basis for purchasing and utilizing domestic products, and identifying potential expenditure budgets and capital to be spent on domestic products.
