Jakarta Disdukcapil to deactivate 94,000 NIK to correct population administration

Jakarta, IO – Tens of thousands of citizenship identification numbers (NIK) of residents who no longer live in Jakarta will be deactivated by the Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Bureau (Disdukcapil) in several stages on a monthly basis.

Jakarta Disdukcapil head Budi Awaluddin explained that population administration needs to be corrected because it will affect the regional development process and public policy, per CNN Indonesia, Mon (26/2).
