Indonesia, Singapore establish CMAC to prevent violation of sovereign air space

He also said that the Indonesian government would station several civilian and military personnel at the Singapore Air Traffic Control Center (SATCC) to support this cooperation. Singapore’s aviation authority is also obliged to prevent and inform the Indonesian defense aviation authorities of potential airspace violations by foreign aircrafts.

Furthermore, Fadjar said that in order to finalize the FIR agreement, Indonesian officials recently attended a meeting to discuss the matter.

“In the last few months, various stakeholders at the ministerial level and other government agencies are actively holding meetings concerning the implementation of Indonesia and Singapore FIR realignment,” said Fadjar. (un)
