Jakarta, IO – After Jeka Saragih successfully defended Indonesia’s glory in international martial arts competitions, Egi Rozten, another veteran Indonesia fighter, now has the opportunity to participate in the international Mega Fight Arena (MFA) Series kickboxing competition, 1 on 9 December 2022 at the Ülker Sports and Event Hall, Istanbul, Türkiye.
The tourney’s participants are famed international fighters from the host country, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Iran, the Netherlands and others. Egi becomes Indonesia’s sole representative, fighting Turkish battler Serdar Şayik in this first round. “Being able to represent Indonesia in an international forum like the MFA is a gold opportunity for my martial arts career,” Egi declared, amid his practice session in his home gym Rozten Academy. “Naturally, I dedicate myself to the hard physical and mental practice required for a great performance come 9 December. I certainly look forward to meeting Serdar Şayik in the ring.”
Serdar Şayik is a Turkish kickboxer with a recent professional debut: he entered the scene with a bang-up victory in February 2022. He was the gold medalist in the International Turkish Open Kickboxing World Cup Championship after having defeated Finland’s representative fighter in the Semi Finals and Uzbekistan’s in the Finals.
