Jakarta, IO – As a multicultural country, traces of tolerance in Indonesia can be seen in various regions, including the capital Jakarta. Sin Tek Bio Temple, a Chinese temple in Pasar Baru, Central Jakarta, epitomizes this harmony.
“In the past, when spreading Islam, Raden Suria Kencana Winata often visited here to have a dialogue and exchange ideas about religious diversity,” said temple manager Santoso Witoyo on Thursday (14/4).

To acknowledge the role of Raden Suria, the temple built a special petilasan (sacred site) to pray to Raden Suria.
