Jakarta, IO – The Indonesian National Team (Timnas) has released the official jersey number that the Garuda squad will use at the 2023 Asian Cup in Qatar which will be held January 12 – February 10, 2024.
The use of jersey numbers is actually not much different compared to the trial matches, per CNN Indonesia, Thu (11/1).
Number 1 will be used by goalkeeper Muhammad Riyandi. Meanwhile, two other goalkeepers, namely Ernando Ari Sutaryadi and Syahrul Trisna, will wear numbers 21 and 26.
Marc Klok will keep his number 23; Yakob Sayuri No 2; Rizky Ridho No 5; and Rikcy Kambuaya No 15. Dewa United FC star Egy Maulana Vikri is player No 10. In many clubs or teams, the number 10 is often called a sacred number because it is synonymous with players with high quality.
Rafael Struick saw his jersey number changed from 27 to 11; and Adam Alis now uses No 17 which belonged to Saddil Ramdani during the trials.
Another change is Justin Hubner’s jersey number and Shayne Patty’s name. Pattynama, who was absent from the trials, wears No 20, the number Hubner wore during trials. Meanwhile, in the Asian Cup, Hubner will be assigned No 25.

The rest are Pratama Arhan who will wear the No 12 and Asnawi Mangkualam with No 13. Apart from these names, the following are the Indonesian national team players and their number while playing in the 2024 Asian Cup.
