Before the doctors and apothecaries appointed by the Semarang Municipal Health Office are listed in the app, Good Doctor assessors will verify their qualifications first. The doctors are practitioners in Semarang’s Puskesmases whose Doctor Registration Certificates and Doctor Practice Permits are still valid, while the pharmacies on their part must also have valid Apothecary Practice Permits.
Once they are declared satisfactory, these doctors will be trained on how to perform teleconsulting for proper remote health checks. The Good Doctor corporation performs verification and training to ensure that the quality of its teleconsulting services is in line with that of the highest medical standards, and has been so since the start of its operations.

Citizens desiring to access health teleconsultation may directly use the GrabHealth powered by Good Doctor app, or scan the QR Code for the app. They don’t need to worry about the security of their personal data, because Good Doctor uses an industrial-standard data security platform specifically designed to protect the safety of user data: doctors can only access patient’s data while using the service, while consulting patients can only use their registered device and cannot login through different devices. When a consumer contacts Customer Service for prescription requirements or other needs, Good Doctor will verify their identity first. (est)
