We appreciate the trust given to us to ensure the quality and safety of the services that we provide, whether in terms of the doctors who provide our teleconsulting services, or of the safety of our platform and user data, in line with our commitment to adhere to the highest medical standards in our operations – including the requirements of the internationally-acknowledged ISO 27001 certification that we have obtained.”

On his part, Richard Aditya, Grab Indonesia’s Director of West Indonesia, declares that Grab is ready to deliver medications prescribed through the app for patients who have completed a medical teleconsulting session.
