Jakarta, IO – The General Elections Commission (KPU) announced the political parties that passed the verification stage on Sunday (14/8) morning.
KPU technical coordinator Idham Holik in a press conference via the commission’s YouTube channel, Monday (15/8) said that a total of 24 political parties have submitted complete registration documents.
“Of the 40 political parties that have registered, 24 have submitted complete documents,” added Idham.
The next stage would be administrative verification, the results of which would be announced on September 14, 2023.
For parties that don’t have a seat in current parliament, they will need to go through factual verification process if they pass the administrative verification stage.
