Jakarta, IO – West Papua National Liberation Army, the armed wing of the Free Papua Organization (TPNPB-OPM) spokesperson Sebby Sambom said Nduga regent Namia Gwijangge and 172/Praja Wira Yakhti (PWY) military resort commander (Danrem) Infantry Colonel Juinta Omboh are insane because they planned to implement a development program in Alguru village and persuaded his organization to reach peace.
“It is possible that the acting regent of Nduga and Danrem 172/PWY Brigadier General JO have a brain damage or they are insane, therefore their family should immediately take them to a mental hospital,” said Sebby, as reported by Suara, Monday (15/8).
Sebby considered the plan unreasonable because Alguru village is TPNPB-OPM’s stronghold. Their ancestors, said Sebby, had bequeathed Alguru as their battleground. He said the plan would spark new tensions in the area.
