Jakarta, IO – Prabowo Subianto topped the presidential candidate poll conducted by Center for Political Communication Studies (CPCS). The defense minister outperformed several other presidential hopefuls toward the 2024 elections.
“The presidential candidate bourse is still dominated by a number of figures, in which Prabowo Subianto remains ahead with 21.3%,” said CPCS executive director Tri Okta, as reported by Antara, Saturday (30/4).
Prabowo was trailed by Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo with 18.4%, followed by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan with 16%.
“Prabowo’s electability is still superior in the presidential candidate bourse, with Ganjar and Anies behind,” he said.
After fluctuating, Prabowo’s electability rose again. In October 2021, Prabowo was overtaken by Ganjar, whose electability has increased in recent years. (un)
