PSY admitted to being happy and proud of his new single, as Jessi’s presence completed the elements he needed in line with the song title.
“Translating the lyrics into Korean is not easy, and Jessi responded to the Korean lyrics that I gave her. I can feel that it is Ganji (cool),” PSY continued.
Based on the NME report on Monday (4/25/2022), Jessi was the first artist to sign with PSY’s agency, P Nation, upon its establishment in early 2019.
Since then, Jessi has released several hits such as Nunu Nana, What Type of X, and her last single, Zoom. Ganji became PSY and Jessi’s first song released together.
PSY also collaborated with several other members of P Nation, such as Crush and Heize, Hwasa from MAMAMOO, and Tablo from Epik High, for PSY’s 9th album. (des)
