In the latest development, the body of Khoirul Anam was found on Monday (28/11) near Rumpong Tengah artificial reef, Burong Mandi village, East Belitung, at 8:30 a.m. WIB.
The body was evacuated via Pasir Batu Beach around 9:30 WIB and was immediately taken for post mortem examination. “The body is now at East Belitung Hospital’s mortuary,” Burong Mandi village head Suhartono told Kompas.

National Police spokesperson Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan confirmed that the body of Bripda Anam had been found. The Pangkalpinang search and rescue (SAR) agency, with the help of local fishermen, are still conducting search for the other three other missing police officers. (rr)
