Jakarta, IO – WIR Group (PT WIR Asia Tbk), the renowned Southeast Asian Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) company, won an invitation from Filipino businesses to discuss and explore ways to implement its solutions and technology in that country.
As part of the business agenda in their visit to Manila, members of the WIR Group Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners met with Frederick Go, Investment and Economics Advisor to the President of the Philippines, at the Malacañang Presidential Palace.
During the visit, he expressed his support for WIR Group cooperation with Filipino businesses to encourage digitalization and to strengthen the technological ecosystem of his country. He then expressed his Government’s approval to continue WIR Group collaboration with various Filipino businesses in developing the country’s digital transformation.
In order to establish a strong cooperative bone, WIR Group collaborates with Orbos Consulting and Advisory Group OPC (“ORCA)”, a Philippine-based management consulting and advisory corporation, as its strategic partner. The purpose of this collaboration is to coordinate and navigate the Filipino market, in order to set a correct target market and expand market area in the country. It is officially enacted with the signing of an MOU between the two companies on 13 June 2023 di Manila.
