Shila at Sawangan is a residential area constructed between a wide open green space and a 26-hectare natural lake, itself part of the 102 hectare-Vasanta Eco Town township. To support the needs of a residential area, Vasanta is constructing Senopati Boulevard, a 2 km-long shopping street and commercial area, with the expectation of operations starting in January 2023.
