Jakarta, IO – A resident collects water using a container in the Muara Angke, Jakarta, Thursday (11/8).

Since the 1980s, residents of Blok Limbah, Block Eceng and Blok Empang in Muara Angke, North Jakarta, have had difficulty getting clean water. For years, they have had no choice but to buy refilled or bottled water which cost them Rp2,500 per jerry can. (Muhammad Hidayat)
