Jakarta, IO – Health Ministry spokesperson Siti Nadia Tarmizi said the use of PeduliLindungi Covid pass has succeeded in protecting residents from Covid-19 infections, in response to accusations by the US Department of State that the app violates human rights.
According to Nadia, between 2021-2022, PeduliLindungi has prevented 3,733,067 people with “red” status (single vaccinated) from entering public spaces.

In addition, the app has also prevented 538,659 attempts by people with “black” status (infected) from traveling domestically or accessing closed public spaces.
