To enjoy the offline festival, French film lovers can find the festival in 13 cities, Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Medan, Pontianak, Lampung, Samarinda, Kendari, Makassar and Ambon. 19 amazing French films will be presented in the offline festival of various genres ; like Drama (Bonne Mère, Ouistreham, Mon Legionnaire), romantic drama (Illusions Perdues, Les Choses qu’on Dit Les Chose qu’on Fait, une Jeune Fille qui Va Bien), Kids friendly (Les 2 Alfred & Petite Vampire), and two documentary films by Sébastien Lifshitz (Adolescentes & Petite Fille).
In addition, there are 4 French films, such as Animal, Mal de Pierres (From The Land of The Moon), Ne Te Returne Pas (Don’t Look Back), la Vénus la Fourrure (Venus in Fur) and 1 short series, Neuf Meuf (Nine Women), is available online and free, only at Mola from 14 – 21 October 2022.
You are not only watching films; cinephiles are also invited to attend and discuss interesting topics in the film industry discussion program, such as Women in Cinema, Film Scoring, and Jean-Luc Godard Retrospective. Then a series of 2 discussions about the documentary world we called it soirée Documentaire, the first discussion will be about documentary and experimental, and the second one is about the challenges and opportunities in the documentary film industry.
This year’s festival is even more lively, as you can participate either offline or online, watching FSP at our screening locations or at your most convenient place, either alone, with family or with friends.
