Jakarta, IO – DHL Express, the dependable international express delivery service, has announced that it will be announcing new prices for its services, effective 1 January 2024. They will be raising their fees in Indonesia, including administrative ones, by 4.9% across the board.

“The overall global macroeconomic situation has started to stabilize, even though uncertainties will always exist. Throughout these hard times, we continue to strive to provide stable and reliable service to all our customers worldwide,” declared Ahmad Mohamad, DHL Express Indonesia Senior Technical Advisor. “By adjusting its prices annually, DHL can continue to invest in better solutions, improve the flexibility of all its networks, and focus on its responsibilities to the environment while providing durable, sustainable logistic solutions.”

DHL Express makes its annual price adjustment by considering inflation rates, currency exchange rate dynamics, and the budget for administrative expenses it has to lay out, in relation to legal and security procedures; such matters are routinely updated by national and international authorities in the over 220 countries and regions where DHL operates. Therefore, price adjustments will vary by country, depending on local conditions.

DHL is a prominent global brand in the logistics industry. Its divisions offer a portfolio of unmatchable logistic services, which cover national and international delivery of packages (regular and express); e-commerce delivery and satisfaction solutions; land, air, and sea transportation; and management of industrial supply chains.
