Jakarta, IO – Cakra Khan, 31-year-old singer and songwriter from Indonesia, shared a moment when he auditioned for America’s Got Talent (AGT) show in the US. Through his Instagram account @cakra.khan, he uploaded his performance in one of the episodes, Wednesday (19/7).

Cakra Khan sang two songs, ‘Make It Rain’ by Ed Sheeran and ‘No Woman No Cry’ by Bob Marley. He sang the second song because Simon Cowell, one of the judges, stopped and asked him to sing a different song.

“I think you have a great voice, but I don’t like the song. Any other songs?” requested Simon Cowell.

Khan, who intially looked dazed, then chose ‘No Woman No Cry’. He said he has fond memories of Bob Marley, one of his favorite singers.

“I grew up with Bob Marley’s songs and my late father always played this song before I left for school,” explained Cakra Khan.
