SIMEF 2023 was held outdoors for four days. “The exhibition aligns with the goal of making Indonesia the world’s maritime center. Since the beginning, Pelindo, as a state-owned company and the largest port manager in Indonesia, has supported this effort,” said Febrianto Zenny Sulistyo, the Department Head of Pelindo’s Social and Environmental Responsibility Program in Jakarta, on Wednesday (Nov 29).

The Sail Teluk Cenderawasih Expo 2023 displayed a variety of exclusive regional products, particularly from the marine and fisheries sector, that have competitive value, both domestically and globally. The expo also aimed to support the development of Papua, especially in the tourism sector.
