Jakarta, IO – The government has officially implemented the Visa On Arrival (VOA) policy for foreign nationals (WNA) visiting Indonesia. Class I Immigration Office at Soekarno-Hatta Airport noted that as of April 13, as many as 820 foreigners had entered Indonesia.
Immigration directorate general spokesperson Achmad Nur Saleh said that the VOA application procedure is now more streamlined. Foreign nationals can apply for VOA upon arrival at the airport by simply attaching required documents.
“After arriving at the airport, foreigners need to do health check and take PCR test first. If they are declared healthy, they can continue to BRI bank’s VOA special counter to purchase VOA sticker,” said Achmad.
