According to the Ministry of Transport’s Directorate General of Land Transportation spokesperson Pitra Setiawan, 90 motors have been prepared by the private sectors to support the high-profile event.
“The electric motorbike drivers will serve both the delegates and the G20 Summit committee members,” said Pitra.
The service points are Grand Whiz Hotel, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua/Bali Convention Center (BICC), Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Bali Collection, Grand Hyatt Hotel, and Courtyard by Marriott Hotel.

In addition, there are also 41 electric buses prepared by the government, all of them locally made with local content rate (TKDN) of 76.98 percent. This includes the Red and White Electric Bus jointly produced by state-owned electric vehicles operator and a consortium of universities including Airlangga University, Gadjah Mada University, and the Indonesian Fine Arts Institute Denpasar and the Surabaya Institute of Technology.
“The bus has passed a roadworthiness test in Bekasi,” said Pitra. (rr)
