Sri revealed that the 2023 State Budget amounts to Rp3,061.2 trillion, with Rp2,246.5 trillion allocated for central government spending and Rp814.7 trillion for TKDD. State revenue is set at Rp2,463 trillion.

“This target reflects caution in anticipating the uncertainty of commodity prices and the risk of global economic slowdown and its impact on the Indonesian economy. This target will also be achieved through various tax reforms and the implementation of the Harmonize Tax Law to strengthen the foundation for more just and effective taxation and to support development finance in a healthy and sustainable manner,” said Sri Mulyani according to a press release from the Cabinet Secretariat.

She emphasizes that her ministry will continue to improve the quality and management of state spending both at the central government and regional administrations in supporting the achievement of development targets and people’s welfare in a fair and equitable manner.
