GUDLIVE organizers understand Gudfriends’ disappointment with the previous GUDFEST cancellation, due to technical reasons or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are still in process, as it is done manually, which limits the number of daily transfers to only 250 accounts per day.
GUDLIVE asked GudFriends to be tolerant and wait patiently for a transferred money refund, with an estimated completion time of around April 2023. GUDLIVE will compensate for the refund by providing one ticket to watch the 2023 GUDFEST event on March 19. One ticket will only be provided, directed to the account used to purchase GudFest 2022 tickets.

Should there be a purchase of four tickets in an account, only the main account listed as the purchaser will get the ticket. GUDLIVE apologized for the inconvenience and stated that they are straightening out matters. “Hopefully GudFriends can understand the delay in the refund; GUDLIVE will be responsible for completing all refund processes for purchasing the previous GUDFEST tickets,” Bimo ended.
